EvaluationPro Announces Availability of EvaluationPro 3.1

EvaluationPro today announced the availability of EvaluationPro 3.1. EvaluationPro is a web-based revolutionary teacher evaluation system. The production server has been upgraded with the latest version of the product, which immediately became available for our subscribed customers.

Innovative features available with EvaluationPro 3.1 include:

Export of Evaluation Reports to the MS Word or PDF Format
To ensure a professional look for your print documentation, EvaluationPro allows exporting completed evaluation reports at real-time to MS Word using pre-formatted templates.

Completed evaluation reports can also be exported in the PDF format with a click of a mouse. A PDF report can then be distributed via email or stored in an electronic format without the risk of being altered after completion.

Evaluation Approval Requirement

To match school business and evaluation processes, EvaluationPro allows setting an evaluation approval requirement for selected administrators. Before completing an evaluation report, those selected administrators are required to submit each completed report to their supervisor for review. The supervisor can either finalize the report or provide suggestions to improve it.

Deleting Evaluation Templates

To continuously improve the application efficiency and usability, EvaluationPro allows deleting unused evaluation templates.

Improved Departments Structure

EvaluationPro supports each schools unique organizational structure by providing subscribers with the ability to create multiple departments. Teachers and administrators associated with a certain department can access information only within the same department while teachers or administrators associated with a school can access information for all departments in the school.
