For the 2009 - 2010 school year, EvaluationPro has introduced the following functionality enhancements which immediately became available to our subscribed customers.

Separate support for observations and evaluations

EvaluationPro now differentiates between evaluation and observation reports. The system allows scheduling, tracking, and creating observation reports separately from evaluation reports.

Enhanced scheduling functionality

Check out the new Schedule page. It allows scheduling evaluation or observation reports, assigning them to an administrator, specifying target date, and monitoring the progress and completion.

Review of completed evaluation and observation reports

In the past, the system supported review of reports before they were submitted to the teacher. Now you can create a review process for reports that have been completed and signed off by the teacher. Reviewers are assigned based on evaluator, school, or subject.

Announced vs. unannounced observations

EvaluationPro now allows managing the number of announced vs. unannounced observation sessions.

Improved user interface

General user interface improvements have been done to the EvaluationPro system.
