EvaluationPro Announces Availability of EvaluationPro 3.7

 

EvaluationPro today announced the availability of EvaluationPro 3.7. EvaluationPro is a web-based revolutionary teacher evaluation system. The production server has been upgraded with the latest version of the product, which immediately became available to our customers.

Innovative features available with EvaluationPro 3.7 include:

Enhanced Reporting Capabilities

To help Districts align their vision and goals with staff development, EvaluationPro introduced a new ‘Faculty/Staff Strengths Inventory Report’. The report can be run at the district level and/or school level for evaluations completed by an administrator.

Teachers Approaching Tenure Notification

To help administrators monitor teacher tenure status, EvaluationPro added a new ‘Teachers Approaching Tenure’ feature. It allows configuring custom notifications at district or school level to notify administrators when teachers are approaching their tentative tenure dates.

Teacher Profile Enhancements

To meet your staff management requirements, EvaluationPro implemented a few enhancements to the teacher profile function area. One of the functions includes automatically calculating the next evaluation date, another allows you to map between subjects being taught and areas of certifications.

System Back-up, and Performance Enhancements

To ensure the highest level of data security, system availability and performance, EvaluationPro is constantly focused on deploying the latest technology and software in the area of security. This includes several third-party software upgrades performed on the server side and new data back-up procedures.
