EvaluationPro today announced the availability of EvaluationPro 3.6. EvaluationPro is a web-based revolutionary teacher evaluation system. The production server has been upgraded with the latest version of the product, which immediately became available for our subscribed customers.

 

Innovative features available with EvaluationPro 3.6 include:

 

Export of EvaluationPro Scheduled Events to MS Outlook Calendar

 

To continuously improve the application efficiency and usability, EvaluationPro allows exporting events scheduled in EvaluationPro to your personal MS Outlook calendar.

 

You can export individual events such as pre-observation, observation, and post observation sessions, as well as export all events from your EvaluationPro Calendar.

 

Measuring Evaluation Results

 

EvaluationPro allows defining custom evaluation scales for evaluation reports and assigning a score for each element on the scale. Scoring evaluation reports allows measuring the results and running reports on the evaluation data.

 

Reports

 

To meet your district business requirements, EvaluationPro now allows reporting on the evaluation and teacher data collected in the system.

 

In particular, district-level administrators can run the following reports for an individual school or at the district level:

 

Ø       Teachers Teaching Outside of Their Area of Certification (http://www.ed.gov/nclb/methods/teachers/stateplanfacts.html)

Ø       Teachers Approaching Tenure Report

Ø       Teachers In Need of Improvement

 

Custom Notification Messages

 

EvaluationPro now allows defining custom notification message templates which are pre-populated with scheduled pre-observation, observation, and post-observation dates.

 

Administrators use the templates to notify teachers of the scheduled observation sessions.

 

EvaluationPro supports each schools unique organizational structure by providing subscribers with the ability to create multiple departments. Teachers and administrators associated with a certain department can access information only within the same department while teachers or administrators associated with a school can access information for all departments in the school.
