EvaluationPro Announces Availability of EvaluationPro 3.5

 

EvaluationPro today announced the availability of EvaluationPro 3.5. EvaluationPro is a web-based revolutionary teacher evaluation system. The production server has been upgraded with the latest version of the product which immediately became available for our subscribed customers.

Innovative features available with EvaluationPro 3.5 include:

Evaluation Form Enhancements To further minimize the amount of time administrators spend on finishing an evaluation report, EvaluationPro implemented the following enhancements:

• Form fields can be mapped with corresponding rubrics for faster access.
• All available teacher and school information now pre-populated in the report at the time when a report is first launched.
• Report name is pre-populated with the selected template name.

Secure Communication SSL is now enforced for all users. All HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.

License Management To allow for better license management, EvaluationPro now allows for disabling teachers that are not being evaluated during the current school year. Once disabled, the teacher does not require an EvaluationPro license. However, the evaluation records are still available in the system and an account can always be enabled when necessary.
