Sales Consultant Opportunities – Various Locations

We are a leading educational software company, in business since 2005. We are growing quickly and are looking for dynamic sales consultants to join our sales team. He/she will be responsible for generating new and recurring revenues through the sales and marketing of EvaluationPro’s teacher and administrator evaluation system. This is a great opportunity to leverage your extensive contacts in the education industry.

As an EvaluationPro Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
  • You will be communicating with school district administrators to introduce the benefits of our products and services. Within your assigned territory you will be responsible for initiating and building customer relationships while maintaining our excellent standard of customer service with existing customers.
  • Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling regional school districts.
  • Conducting software demonstrations and promoting EvaluationPro at industry conferences and trade shows when required.
  • Driving and managing the entire sales process - targeting top prospects, identifying clients, performing demonstrations, negotiating, closing and follow-up.
  • Act as an “evaluation solutions expert” consultant in helping potential users with their unique critical issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.
Qualifications include:
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-10 years of experience in the education industry, preferably at an administrator level.
  • Helpful, experience in sales to the education industry.
  • Comfortable dealing with district and school administrators such as board members, superintendents and principals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations and demonstrate software to potential users.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles to achieve results.
  • Ability to develop strong marketing strategies to edge out the competition.
  • Entrepreneurial, organized and excel working independently.
  • Helpful, knowledge of the national and state issues with regard to education industry.
  • Helpful, computer systems knowledge, including web technologies and a general understanding of education systems, policies and procedures, and the ability to interact with MIS personnel.
  • Must live in assigned territory and have the ability to work from a remote home office.
