The Revolutionary Tool for Teacher Evaluations
EvaluationPro is a revolutionary new software product conceived of by Dr. Anthony Pecorale, a prominent New York educator with over forty years of dedicated service to radically improving the educational system. Throughout his vast career serving as principal and superintendent of schools in numerous districts on Long Island, Dr. Pecorale grew frustrated with the time consuming and often inconsistent system of teacher evaluations. It was his core belief that the process could be made quicker, better, and significantly more effective. He knew that an educational system is only as good as its staff, and the only reliable way to assess the quality of staff performance is through a standardized, flexible and efficient approach. He realized that by saving valuable school hours, administrators would have more time for staff development and other necessary but often neglected responsibilities. As a result of his convictions Dr. Pecorale embarked on an eight-year labor of love to change the process of teacher evaluations forever.
After years of toiling over preliminary versions of a computer-based system,
Dr. Pecorale enlisted the aid of a lifelong friend who possessed a rare
combination of skills necessary to help the program see its full potential.
Henry Scarpelli is an incredibly successful entrepreneur with a strong focus on
web-based software development, who years earlier had been an 11 year
teacher. A product of the New York Public School System he earned his
Bachelor of Science degree and permanent teaching certification from
SUNY-Oswego and his Master of Science degree and permanent certification in
elementary school administration from Hofstra University. Mr. Scarpelli
effectively synthesized these critical experiences to not only perfect
the product, but greatly expand its capabilities to be fully customizable to the
unique goals and policies of any school district. Together these two innovators
and lifelong friends assembled an advisory group of practicing teachers, school
administrators, and concerned parents to further develop the program into a
superior product which would not only address the concerns of every
conceivable facet of the educational community, but appeal to their highest
standards and dreams. The end result of Tony and Hank?s 8-year quest for
educational excellence is EvaluationPro.
